Bring your glasses

Current glasses or lenses, any earlier prescription or report, a list of medicines, and recent sugar readings if you are diabetic.

Do not plan to drive

If your eyes are dilated, and on a first visit they usually are, vision stays blurred and light sensitive for a few hours.

Something urgent

Sudden pain, a sudden drop in vision, an injury, or haloes with nausea. Ring the clinic straight away rather than using this form.
